Online registration is via the University of Cambridge esales.  Registration is currently password protected. Please email the organizers at efa2013@jbs.cam.ac.uk if you wish to register at this late date. Also please see further down this page for specifics regarding the EFA 2013 Dinner at King’s College and purchasing delegate and guest tickets for that event.

LATE REGISTRATION FEES WILL OPERATE AFTER MIDNIGHT (UK time) ON FRIDAY 23 AUGUST – so we encourage you to register before that date. Any delegates who have not paid when attending EFA 2013 will be charged at the Late Registration Cost, irrespective of pre-registration or other considerations.

At the payment stage, overseas delegates are offered Dynamic Currency Conversion and can choose to pay in local currency at the rate offered on the day.

A receipt for payment is automatically emailed to delegates following booking.

N.B. Presenting authors, including current doctoral students, are required to register as Academics

EFA MEMBERSHIP 2013

EFA Membership is required for registration at EFA 2013. Please pay for membership via the link here.

Registration includes:

• Attendance at all sessions, lunches and coffee/tea breaks on conference days

• Welcome reception at The Fitzwilliam Museum on Wednesday 28 August 2013 – Please confirm your attendance on the University of Cambridge esales system when registering

• Duxford Airspace reception (attendance and transport to and from Queens Road, Cambridge) on Thursday 29 August 2013 – Please confirm your attendance on the University of Cambridge esales system when registering

Registration does not include:

The EFA 2013 Conference Dinner at King’s College on Friday 30 August 2013.   Attendance for the dinner is by ticket only.

Tickets can be purchased via the University of Cambridge esales system at a charge of £60 for EFA 2013 delegates and £75 (excluding VAT) for delegates’ guests.

Due to the venue, numbers are limited for this event and tickets will be issued on a first-paid basis.

Should you have already registered as a delegate without committing to attend the EFA 2013 Dinner, and later decide to attend or include a guest for the EFA 2013 Dinner; you may purchase these tickets individually using the links above and the same login details used for your original conference registration via the University of Cambridge esales system.

CANCELLATION

If you are unable to attend EFA 2013 after having registered and paying the registration fee, we will refund the fee less a processing charge of £50, provided written notification of your inability to attend is received by the EFA 2013 Cambridge office before 20 July 2013.

We regret we are unable to refund registration fees for delegates who cancel their attendance after this date. The Chairman’s discretion will apply in exceptional cases.  Please note that refunds may not be available instantly and in some cases not until after the conference.
